Every published property has a Book Now link: a page with just your calendar, prices and the Book button, nothing else. It is made for the places where a full website is too much, like an Instagram bio, a WhatsApp reply or a QR code. Included on every plan.
Where to find it
- Sign in and open your dashboard.
- On the property card, click the ⋯ menu and choose Booking link.
- Click Copy.
The link is simply your site address followed by /booking, for example yourname.directbookingpage.com/booking or www.yourvilla.com/booking if you connected your own domain.
Where to put it
- Instagram and TikTok bio: the one link your profile allows. "Book direct and save" works well as the label.
- WhatsApp, email and OTA messages: reply to a returning guest with the link instead of a quote. Check your OTA's rules about what you may send inside its inbox.
- Printed: turn it into a QR code for a business card, the guidebook in the house, or a thank-you note.
- Google Business Profile: add it as the booking link.
What guests see
The same availability, prices, fees, rules and payment settings as your full site, in your site's colours, with a link back to the full page. Guests pay by card or send a booking request by email, exactly like on the site. There is nothing extra to set up.
Something not working?
- The link shows a "not found" page: the property is still a draft. Publish it in Settings.
